Fifteen trained and experienced mediators, from various fields of endeavor, formed the Mediators' Forum Service Cooperative (MFSC), which was registered with the Cooperative Development Authority on 31 October 2013.  It is likewise processing its application for Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider Organization (APO) under the Department of Justice's Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR). The MFSC members are:

Mediators' Forum Service Cooperative

We are a group of trained and experienced mediators from various fields of endeavor. Most are based in the Philippines and engaged in mediation, aside from among others, business, pastoral ministry, court social work, counseling, psychological testing, and accounting/audit. 

Chair is businessman Napoleon R. Rama, Jr.; Vice Chair Atty. Kristian R. Ablan is currently in Master of Law studies in New Zealand; and General Manager Basilio P. Rupisan, Jr. is  into community development. 

MEDIATORS' FORUM PH is a service cooperative.
